带式输送机 以挠性输送带作物料承载和牵引构件的连续输送机械。一条无端的输送带环绕驱动滚筒和改向滚筒。两滚筒之间的上下分支各以若干托辊支承。物料置于上分支上，利用驱动滚筒与带之间的摩擦力曳引输送带和物料运行。适用于水平和倾斜方向输送散粒物料和成件物品，也可用于进行一定工艺操作的流水作业线。结构简单，工作平稳可靠，对物料适应性强，输送能力较大，功耗小，应用广泛。 通用带式输送机由输送带、托辊、滚筒及驱动、制动、张紧、改向、装载、卸载、清扫等装置组成（见图）。①输送带。常用的有橡胶带和塑料带两种。 橡胶带适用于工作环境温度-15～40°C之间。物料温度不超过50°C。向上输送散粒料的倾角12°～24°。对于大倾角输送可用花纹橡胶带。塑料带具有耐油、酸、碱等优点，但对于气候的适应性差，易打滑和老化。带宽是带式输送机的主要技术参数。②托辊。有槽形托辊、平形托辊、调心托辊、缓冲托辊。槽形托辊（由2～5个辊子组成）支承承载分支，用以输送散粒物料；平形托辊，支承空载分支或运送成件物品的承载分支；调心托辊用以调整带的横向位置，避免跑偏；缓冲托辊装在受料处，以减小物料对带的冲击。③滚筒。分驱动滚筒和改向滚筒。驱动滚筒是传递动力的主要部件。分单滚筒（胶带对滚筒的包角为210°～230°）、双滚筒（包角达350°）和多滚筒（用于大功率）等。④张紧装置。其作用是使输送带达到必要的张力，以免在驱动滚筒上打滑，并使输送带在托辊间的挠度保证在规定范围内。 通用带式输送机有固定式、移动式、可逆式和伸缩式。①固定式的机架位置固定不变（见彩图）。适用于将物料从一处输送到几处，或从多处装料输送到一处。②移动式的机架装有轮子和倾角调节机构。用于输送位置不固定的场合。可进行装卸、堆垛或输送。除单机使用外，还可多机连接使用，以加长输送距离。③可逆式的输送带运行方向可作正反方向改变。④伸缩式的机架可伸缩。这两种型式多用于堆料场卸车机上，用于两侧堆料和扩大堆料范围。 从60年代起，带式输送机就向大运量、长距离、大倾角、高带速方向发展,出现了不少特种带式输送机,如以高强度钢丝绳为带芯的带式输送机、钢丝绳牵引带式输送机、压带式输送机和气垫带式输送机等。
