陶瓷分离膜分子式:CAS号:性质:是以氧化铝为材料体系代表,包括许多氧化物和非氧化物体系的分离膜。具有多层非对称结构,顶层是分离膜,中间是过渡层,底层是多孔陶瓷基底。膜元件的几何形状有平面形、管形和多道蜂窝体等。膜孔径可以在0.06~108μm之间。其主要特性是耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐微生物侵蚀和结构的刚性,因而能反冲洗,使用寿命比高分子分离膜长。但陶瓷分离膜的成本较高,装填密度小,制造超滤膜较困难。其制法可采用阳极氧化法、薄膜沉积法、辐射-腐蚀法和浸浆成膜法,现多采用浸浆法。主要用于液体分离、气体分离和高温膜反应器三个方面。
