离心转速计分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:常用的测速仪器之一。是利用旋转质量的离心力与旋转角度速度成比例的原理来测量被测转轴的转速,并用转速单位连续指示在刻度盘上。其结构原理如图所示,为一圆锥形离心式转速计。藉离心力F使重块1外甩并带动滑块7移动,同时带动杠杆齿轮5,通过指针4可直接读出所测转速。测速范围为30转/分-25千转/分,误差均为1%-2%。测量时要求转速计的小轴与被测轴保持在同一直线上,也不宜压得过紧,以免损坏转速计。这种转速计结构简单,使用方便,在各工业领域中有广泛应用。
