围海工程围海工程coastreclamationworks在沿海修筑海堤围割部分海域的工程。它可挡潮防浪,并控制围区的水位。常配套建筑水闸、船闸、潮汐电站、抽水站、鱼道等。围海建成的中国福建西埔湾水库围海工程按其所在位置不同,可分3类:①顺岸围海。在潮间带围海,面积一般不大,堤身较低。②海湾围割。在江门或湾内筑堤堵海。③河口围海。在河口或河口岔道上筑坝挡潮围海。围海工程措施有:①海堤。围海工程主体。直接承受风浪、暴潮、急流作用,工程量较大,以软基筑堤和堵口闭气为其重要技术问题。因为软土地基的抗剪强度很低,必须在堤身两侧加筑压载以防止滑塌,采用水平沙垫层、沙井、碎石桩、塑料排水插板等以加固地基,分期间歇施工以便有时间消散孔隙水的压力,尽量减轻海堤自身的重量。施工中在堤线上常需留有龙口,待海堤高出水面一定距离时再用石块等封堵龙口。这龙口段的堆石堤是透水的,必须马上用黄土、砂、海底粘土等进行闭气,以堵截其内部渗流。②促淤。为使滩面更快淤高,常修筑丁坝、顺坝等,也可在滩面种植红树林、大米草等植物,或采用修建长丁坝和潜顺坝相结合的方法。③水闸。用以挡潮、排涝、泄洪和控制堤内水位。
