催化点火分子式：CAS号：性质：在催化反应器中，利用电热丝加热以点燃催化剂层，称为催化点火。如在乙醇氧化制乙醛时，为使电解银催化剂升温至550～630℃开始反应所进行的点火处理。点火圈安装在催化剂上表面约3～5cm处，点火时，电热丝因通电发红，进入反应器的原料气在电热丝上不完全燃烧产生蓝色火苗，逐渐使催化剂均匀受热，加热到一定温度后，原料气直接在催化剂上反应，此时可切断电热丝电源，催化层已被点燃。
