活塞式无油干式机械真空泵原理及简介活塞式无油干式机械真空泵技术要求不太复杂,容易制造。 该泵的外形呈扁方形,是由四个阶梯形活塞及四个阶梯形气缸组成。与电机直联的轴通过四根连杆带动四个活塞。活塞的背面空间由次级活塞抽气,以减少泄漏和降低极限压力。每个气缸都有进气阀与排气阀。四个活塞组成三个压缩级,为了增加抽速,两个活塞是并联的,为了便于泵在大气压力下的启动,设置了辅助排气阀,当活塞的排气压力高于大气压力时,有一部分气体通过阀排入大气,当其排气压力低于大气压力时,则排出气体依次进入第三个、第四个气缸压缩后排出泵外。泵的压缩比可达到 105 ,泵的极限压力可达 1.3Pa 。泵气缸的内表面衬有聚合材料,以降低摩擦系数与磨损。这种泵的功率消耗低,散热条件较好,不需要冷却水。
