凝胶化分子式:CAS号:性质:一些溶液冷却时,会逐渐黏稠起来,最后失去流动性而成为具有弹性的胶冻,这种现象称为凝胶化。胶冻富有弹性,能承受相当大的压力。如6.66%浓度的明胶溶液,在10℃下保温18h后,用冻力仪测得的勃鲁姆(Bloom)值,即为明胶的凝冻强度,也称冻力。商品明胶的勃鲁姆值通常在80~320g的范围内,勃鲁姆值越大,明胶的价格也就越高。凝胶化是明胶极重要的物性,已在感光材料工业、医药工业、食品工业等领域获得广泛应用。而线性聚合物在一定的条件下由于分子间的交联反应使体系黏度骤然增加而产生凝胶(不溶不熔的体形聚合物)。在刚出现交联凝胶现象时的反应程度称为凝胶温度。凝胶作用什么时候会发生,可以通过理论估算或实验测定凝胶温度的方法来确定。凝胶温度基本上决定于聚合度,聚合度愈高,凝胶温度愈低。凝胶温度也决定于浓度,溶液浓度愈高,凝胶温度愈低。
