1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚分子式:C15H11N3O分子量:249.28CAS号:85-85-8性质:橙红色无定形粉末。熔点141℃,溶于甲醇、乙醇、苯、醚、氯仿和热稀碱液,不溶于水。溶液在pH12以上时呈粉红色,在弱酸中呈橙红色,在浓硫酸中呈紫色。其金属络合物呈粉红色或红色。制备方法:由2-氨基吡啶经重氮化后,与2-萘酚偶合而得。将无水乙醇与金属钠反应生成乙醇钠,然后加入2-氨基吡啶的乙醇溶液,通入亚硝酸乙酯蒸气于45-50℃反应。能毕,保温8小时,过滤出重氮盐用乙醚洗涤。将重氮盐加入2-萘酚的乙醇溶液中,在45-50℃通入二氧化碳进行偶合反应,6小时后过滤出结晶,用蒸馏水洗涤后再用乙醇重结晶,干燥即为成品。用途:该品为络合指标剂。
