1.In this paper, we study the electrochemistry oscillation phenomenna on electrodeposited CuInSe2 thin films electrode during H2O2 cathodic reduction.本文研究了电沉积制得的CuInSe_2薄膜在阴极还原H_2O_2时产生的电化学振荡行为,一方面对影响该振荡行为的一些因素如振荡溶液组成、传质、光照等进行了分析;另一方面采用外界周期性光照和外接小幅度正弦波电位来调节振荡频率,使光电信号调制振荡趋向成熟。
