BOPP薄膜用抗静电剂选择方法据专家介绍,抗静电剂是BOPP薄膜助剂中需求量最大的品种,大多数用途的BOPP薄膜生产过程都需要加入抗静电母料。抗静电剂种类很多,按化学结构来区分,有阳离子型抗静电剂、阴离子型抗静电剂、非离子型抗静电剂和高分子导电型抗静电剂4种。在BOPP薄膜的加工或使用过程中,由于薄膜间的摩擦而产生静电作用,会吸附空气的灰尖或其他污染物,这不仅影响到薄膜表面的美观,而且在使用过程中也会发生相互粘结,影响正常生产。另外,静电的存在会对人体造成极大的伤害。为此,在BOPP薄膜的加工过程中要加入对抗静电或抗静电母料可降低并消除静电。在国外,BOPP薄膜抗静电剂的发展很快,尤其是美国、日本和欧洲等发达国家,无论是抗静电剂的生产和销售均居世界前列。日本的BOPP薄膜抗静电剂生产也逐步增K,其中主要厂家有花王石碱、狮子、日本油脂、九菱油化、松本油脂以及第一制药公司等6家。另外,日本大日精华公司开发了13Elecon—300型用于PP和PE树脂。新加坡聚丙公司的产品也适用于BOPP薄膜。欧洲总的来说发展比较稳定,但也看到抗静电剂的问题不容易根本解决,目前尚未有最佳消除BOPP薄膜表面静电的措施,国际上做了大量的研究,但进展也不显著。与国外相比,国内抗静电剂的研制工作起步较晚,远远落后于发达国家,每年都需要进口大量的抗静电剂和抗静电母料。但近年来抗静电剂的研制获得了一定的进展。目前正向开发导电填料新品种、降低添加量、综合利用填料各种性能、革新加工工艺、提高和稳定产品的抗静电性能等方向发展。专家指出,目前抗静电剂开发的技术关键集中在各类表面活性剂的结构设计。近年来,双亲水性高分子型永久抗静电剂的开发研制工作进展较快,并已部分实现商品化。用各种亲水性聚合物作为抗静电剂,由此开发所谓聚合物合金型永久抗静电树脂,永久性抗静电剂在树脂中的分散状态对树脂的抗静电性有显著的影响。研究表明,永久性抗静电剂以层状结构或筋状形态主要均匀细微地分布在制品表面,形成网状“导电通道”,而中心部分较少且主要以颗粒状存在。高分子型永久抗静电剂可分为聚醚型和离子型。聚醚型包括聚环氧乙烷(PEO)、聚醚酯酰胺、PEG、PEEA和丙烯酸甲酯等;离子型包括季铵盐基甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物等。与低分子量的表面活性剂类抗静电剂相比,高分子型抗静电剂有抗静电效果且持效期长,发挥抗静电作用快,对空气的相对湿度依赖性小等优点。从国内外抗静电剂的发展趋势看,目前正朝着耐热、耐久、功能性强、适用性广和产品系列化的方向发展。
