环氧氯丙烷 无色有毒液体,具有强刺激性,气味似氯仿,沸点116.1℃,微溶于水,与空气形成爆炸混合物,爆炸极限3.8%~21%(体积)。主要用于制甘油和环氧树脂,少量用于制增塑剂、染料、表面活性剂、医药的中间体(见染料中间体)等。 生产上,环氧氯丙烷是由丙烯通过氯丙烯的合成、氯丙烯次氯酸化和二氯丙醇的皂化而制得。反应过程为: ①氯丙烯合成 采用丙烯高温热氯化法,即干燥的丙烯预热至350~400℃,通过喷嘴与氯气充分混合均匀,在含镍合金钢制的绝热式反应器中进行反应。丙烯与氯的摩尔比约3.5,反应温度为500~510℃。反应粗产物中含氯丙烯75%,经脱除轻组分及精馏,得到纯度为97%的工业品。目前,正在开发以丙烯为原料,以碲为催化剂,在200~260℃下进行氧氯化制取环氧氯丙烷的方法。 ②氯丙烯次氯酸化 氯丙烯与次氯酸水溶液在30~55℃下反应,生成含两种二氯丙醇异构体的混合物,其中,1,3-二氯丙醇含量为70%,其余为1,2-二氯丙醇。 ③二氯丙醇皂化 二氯丙醇混合物在 60~100℃下与石灰乳进行皂化反应,得粗产品,再经提纯得含量为98%的环氧氯丙烷,副产物是1,2,3-三氯丙烷。
