香豆素香豆素coumarin一大类衍生物的母体。分子式C9H6O2。以与葡萄糖结合的形式存在于圭亚那黑香豆中,也存在于甜苜蓿和其他植物中。无色棱状晶体,具有新割干草的特有气味。熔点71℃,沸点301.7℃,相对密度0.935(20/4℃)。溶于乙醇、氯仿、乙醚,不溶于水,较易溶于热水。香豆素的衍生物有些存在于自然界,有些则可通过合成方法制得;有的游离存在,有的与葡萄糖结合在一起,其中不少具有重要经济价值。例如双香豆素,其学名为3,3′-亚甲基-双(4-羟基香豆素),过去由甜苜蓿植物腐败析出,现在用人工合成,可用作抗凝血剂。异香豆素是香豆素的同分异构体。板状晶体。溶点47℃,沸点285~286℃(719毫米汞柱);可以水蒸气蒸馏。以异香豆素为母体也构成一大类衍生物,有些具有生理活性。香豆素可用于制造香料,也是制造多种其他化学品的基本原料。在镀锌(或镉、镍)的电镀液中加入香豆素,可减少镀层起孔,增加光亮度。图片
