牛血清白蛋白分子式:CAS号:性质:牛血清中的简单蛋白,是血液的主要成分(38g/100ml),分子量68kD。等电点4.8。含氮量16%,含糖量0.08%。仅含已糖和已糖胺,含脂量只有0.2%。白蛋白由581个氨基酸残基组成,其中35个半胱氨酸组成17个二硫键,在肽链的第34位有一自由巯基。白蛋白可与多种阳离子、阴离子和其他小分子物质结合。血液中的白蛋白主要起维持渗透压作用、PH缓冲作用、载体作用和营养作用。在动物细胞无血清培养中,添加白蛋白可起到生理和机械保护作用和载体作用。
