固氮酶分子式:CAS号:性质:固定气态氮,生成可供植物利用的含氮化合物的酶。由两种蛋白质组成:一种为钼铁蛋白,另一种为铁蛋白。当他们分别存在时,没有活性。钼铁蛋白含有钼以及铁硫基团,铁蛋白是一种铁硫蛋白,两者结合在一起才有固氮能力,单独存在则无此活力。他们的主要功能是催化氮为氨。自固氮菌中制备。酶对氧敏感,氧会不可逆的损坏固氮酶组分的结构;其铁蛋白易受冷而失活,其最适作用pH值为6~8。用于生物固氮的机制研究等。
