铑催化剂铑催化剂rhodium catalyst  100 euihuaJ{锗催化剂(rhodium Catalyst)以佬为主要活性组分制成的贵金属催化剂。对加氢、氧化、加氢醛化及碳基化反应显示出优良活性。锗催化剂的最大应用在汽车排气净化。汽车排气净化用三元催化剂中锗含量虽然很低,但它对NO二的还原起着关键作用,成为三元催化剂中必不可少的活性组分(见铂催化剂)。由于汽车催化剂用量巨大,20世纪80年代中期,汽车催化剂的用锗量已超过铐总需求量的一半,1994年已达总量的90%以上。由于铐资源稀少,多年来一直在为开发无铐三元催化剂而努力。 锗化合物作为均相催化剂用于石油化工和一碳化学是铐催化剂的另一重要应用。20世纪60年代末,出现了以锗基络合物为催化剂的甲醇低压拨基化制醋酸法,大大缓和了过程条件,并且有很高的选择性和醋酸产出率。锗基络合物的出现,进一步促进了均相络合催化的发展。作为催化剂的锗基络合物主要是由碳基铐和三苯基麟、三苯氧基麟或三丁基麟形成的复合络合物。此外,氯化锗及其他一些锗化合物均可作催化剂使用。某些铐催化剂的均相络合催化应用实例如表所列。 某些锥催化剂均相络合催化应用实例牛介- 均相络合催化有高活性、高选择性等优点,但也存在着反应物和催化剂难分离等问题。因此,研究均相络合催化剂的固体化成为一个新课题。这方面的研究工作已取得一定成绩。 (杨沃琳)
