2-噁唑烷酮分子式:C3H5NO2分子量:87.08CAS号:497-25-6性质:熔点86-89℃,沸点220℃(6.38kPa)。制备方法:由乙醇胺与尿素环合而得。将尿素、乙醇胺及二甲基甲酰胺加入反应锅内,搅拌加热至120℃,保温2h,再升温至150-160℃回流6h,冷却减压蒸出二甲基甲酰胺后,加无水乙醇析出结晶。过滤,醇洗,干燥,得2-噁唑烷酮,收率70%左右。用途:药物卡氮芥和环己亚硝脲的中间体。
