硫代氨基脲  分子式  NH2CONHSNH2    CAS号  79-19-6    性质  白色结晶或白色结晶性粉末。熔点180~181℃(分解)。溶于水和乙醇,从水中得针状结晶。易与醛和酮发生反应,生成特定的晶体产物;也易与羧酸发生反应。 用途  本品为有机合成中间体,用于合成抗结核药氨硫脲和磺胺药物,以及杀鼠剂,还可用作铬的定量及醛酮鉴定的分析试剂。此外,本品也用作农药中间体、橡胶助剂和合成树脂添加剂等。 毒性   氨基硫脲为毒物,含氨基硫脲的制剂有毒。对小鼠经口LD50为10~15mg/kg,对大鼠经口LD50为19mg/kg。生产设备应密闭,操作人员应穿戴防护用具。   包装储运  本品用衬有聚乙烯袋的波纹纸箱包装。每箱10kg。按有毒化学品规定贮运。
