间苯二酚间苯二酚resorcinol苯分子中两个间位的氢原子被两个羟基取代的化合物,分子式1,3-。又称雷琐酚。无色针状晶体。味涩有点甜。熔点111℃,沸点178℃(16毫米汞柱),相对密度1.2717。溶于水、乙醇、乙醚。在苯二酚中,只有间苯二酚与二元酸相似,不被汞盐氧化,而是生成汞盐,与氢氧化钠、氨水等也生成盐。间苯二酚与乙酸酐反应生成酯,与羟胺作用生成二肟;与氯代环己烷反应生成1-环己基-2,4-二羟基苯;在氯化锌作用下,与邻苯二甲酸酐发生缩合反应,生成荧光染料荧光黄。最早发现的间苯二酚是用氢氧化钾与不同的树脂共熔得到的。工业上由间苯二磺酸与氢氧化钠熔融制备。间苯二酚在医疗中用作消毒剂、局部抗痒剂、肠道杀菌剂。在硫酸存在下与甲酸、草酸、酒石酸作用,可发生很灵敏的颜色反应,即使很小量的酒石酸也能鉴别出来。
