1,2,4-噁二唑分子式:CAS号:性质:为稳定的中性化合物,难被酸、碱分解。但有挥发性,比如,可经氨基乙醛肟(ace Tamidoxime)制得3-甲基-5-苯基-1,2,4-噁二唑。制法:(1)以胺肟(amidoxime)与羧酸合成;(2)或由脂肪族醛与胺肟缩合制得的二氢1,2,4-噁二唑经氧化脱氧;(3)或由乙二肟与五氯化磷反应;(4)由环状乙二肟或1,2,5-噁二唑经重排制取。用于有机合成。
