分子构型分子构型molecularconfiguration分子中各种基团在空间的分布。各种基团按不同的方位相互连接,可形成不同的立体异构体。①由于中心原子连接的4个不同基团在空间的方位不同而出现的两种构型。例如乳酸分子CH3CHOHCOOH的中心碳原子连接有4个不同基团,有以下两种异构体:图片它们互为实物和镜像,这一对化合物互为旋光异构体。这类异构体一般都具有旋光性,属于旋光异构。旋光异构体的书写方式多采用费歇尔投影式,有时也用透视式。有两种标记方式:糖和α-羟基酸、α-氨基酸类分子多采用D-、L-标记法;其他旋光异构分子多采用R、S构型标记法(见顺序规则)。②由于双键和环不能自由旋转而引起的构型异构:通常称为几何异构或顺反异构。对环状化合物多采用以氢是否在环的同侧而命名为顺式或反式;对烯烃类化合物,除也采用顺式、反式标记构型外,更多地采用Z/E命名法。分子的构型与其化学反应性能有相当密切的关系。构型测定的方法有:X射线衍射法、旋光谱、酶的拆分、化学方法等。
