γ-辛内酯 又名γ-正丁基-γ-丁内酯、4-羟基辛酸-γ-内酯、正辛内酯、l,4-辛内酯。淡黄色液体。分子量142.20。密度0.93g/cm3。沸点234℃。微溶于水、丙二醇。以l:3溶于50%乙醇;以1:2溶于60%乙醇。以1:l溶于70%乙醇。具有强烈的类似椰子的香气,味甜。 生产方法:主要采用水合法。以α-辛烯酸为原料,在硫酸存在下,进行水合反应,然后经蒸馏而得。也可以环氧-l,2-己烷和钠代丙二酸酯为原料,经合成及内酯化而得。 用途:内酯类合成香料。主要用作调合香料。
