13C NMR分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:在恒定磁场中碳13原子核受射频辐射照射,当射频频率相当于核能级间隔时,产生共振吸收谱的方法。碳是有机分子量基本的成分,因此13C NMR 能提供有关分子骨架的信息。13C NMR 谱比较简单,容易解析,但信号强度较弱,灵敏度低。采用脉冲傅里叶变换技术(PFT)是13C NMR 实验技术的一次重大突破该技术采用时间短、功率大的射频辐射脉冲(1微秒达1千瓦)照射样品,脉冲包含各种频率,它破坏核能级的平衡集居数,当辐射脉冲停止后,体系趋向恢复平衡态而放出能量,记录不同时间的信号,用计算机傅里叶变换技术将时间函数变换为频率函数,将多次相继的脉冲的结果累加在一起,便得到13C NMR谱。该法快速而灵敏度高,在结构分析、分子生物学研究等领域中是一种很有用的新技术。
