光致变色功能复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:光激发下能变颜色的复合材制。光致变色现象的产生主要有三个过程,即激发过程、形成色心过程和消除色心的脱色过程。因此光致变色复合材料中的功能组分必须具备上述作用。典型的光致变色复合材料为光致变色玻璃。(1)在硅酸盐玻璃中加入0.1%的Ce2O3和1%的MnO,并在强还原气氛中进行处理即可为光致变色玻璃。其作用机理为紫色光照射下,首先激发Ce3+的离子,它又使Mn2+激活使之变成Mn3+和电子。Mn3+的存在使玻璃变暗,在不照射的情况下激活过程逆转又使玻璃褪色;(2)CdO-B2O3-SiO2体系也有光致变色效应;(3)含卤化银微小晶体的玻璃亦可发生光致变色,其原因为卤化银晶体发生状态的变化而形成色心。该种光致变色玻璃基复合材料已大量应用于制造变色太阳眼镜来保护眼睛不受紫外线伤害。
