间十五烷基酚分子式：C21H36O分子量：304.52CAS号：501-24-6性质：白色蜡状固体。熔点54.5℃，沸点197℃（0.2kPa）。制备方法：由如坚果壳油（以下简称果壳油）制取。果壳油的主要成分为2-十五烯基-6-羟基苯甲酸，可采用三种生产间十五烷基酚。1.水蒸气蒸馏法 将果壳油水蒸气蒸馏得到的馏出液（卡丹酚），进行氢化即得间十五烷基酚。2.先脱羧蒸馏后氢化法 将果壳油加热到一定温度使基脱羧，并减压蒸出所得的间十五双烯基酚，再用雷尼镍为催化剂进行氢化。3.先氢化后脱羧法 将果壳油以雷尼镍作催化剂，在3.29MPa和60℃条件下进行氢化，所得氢化油再进行脱羧，然后减压蒸馏直接获得间十五烷基酚，此法收率高，但催化剂用量稍大。用途：该品与2-溴丁酸或2-溴丁酸乙酯缩合，制得间十烷基苯氧乙基乙酸，再与醛缩合可得笥能特殊的酚醛树脂。
