四氯苯醌分子式:C6Cl4O2分子量:245.89CAS号:118-75-2性质:金黄色叶状结晶。熔点290℃。溶于醚、微溶于醇,难溶于氯仿、四氯代碳和二硫化碳,几乎不溶于冷醇,不溶于水。制备方法:由五氯酚经氧化而得。将20%的五氯酚钠溶液加入反应釜内,用等摩尔的35%盐酸酸化,搅拌成糊状。然后按五氯酚钠重量的6%投入无水三氯化铁,升温至70℃以上,开始通氯,保持反应温度95℃以上,至反应油状物完全澄明无颗粒为终点。分去水层,取消同状物加98%浓硫酸酸化,即得四氯苯醌。用途:用作染料中间体和农用拌种剂。四氯苯醌在室温用二氧化硫还原可得四氯氢醌,是农药和高分子化合物的中间体。在医药工业中,用于抗恶性肿瘤药亚胺醌、抗醛固酮药安体舒通的生产。
