氯甲噻酮分子式:C11H12ClNO3S分子量:273.73CAS号:80-77-3性质:白色结晶性粉末。熔点116.2-118.2℃。微溶于水或乙醇,易溶于丙酮、氯仿,不溶于苯。微臭。在无机酸或碱中加热时分解。制备方法:由对氯苯甲醛经与甲胺溶液缩合、巯基丙酸环合、高锰酸钾溶液氧化而得。用途:用作弱安定药。具有镇静、安定和中枢性肌肉松驰作用。也可用于精神紧张恐惧、慢性疲劳、焦虑、激动,以及某些疾病引起的烦躁不眠等。因有肌肉松驰作用,配合镇痛药可用于背酸、颈硬、骨痛、脊椎及四肢酸痛和风湿关节痛等。
