糖苷分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:也称配糖体。是单糖或寡糖的半缩醛羟基与另一分子中的羟基、氨基或硫羟基等失水而产生水合物。因此一个糖苷可分为两部分。一部分是糖的残基(糖去掉半缩醛羟基),另一个部分是配基(非糖部分),配基部分可以是很简单的,也可以是很复杂的。糖苷广泛分布于植物的根、茎、叶、花和果实中。大多是带色晶体,能溶于水。一般味苦。有些有剧毒。水解时生成糖和其他物质。例如苦杏仁苷(amygdalin)C20H27NO11水解的最终产物是葡萄糖C6H12O6、苯甲醛C6H5CHO和氢氰酸HCN。糖苷可用作药物。很多中药的有效成分就是糖苷,例如柴胡、桔梗、远志等。由于立体构型的不同,糖苷有α和β两类型。葡萄糖的苷(葡萄苷)和其他糖的苷,大多数是β-型糖苷。
