△4-孕甾-21-醇-3,11,20-三酮分子式:CAS号:性质:又称△4-孕甾-21-醇-3,11,20-三酮,肯德尔氏化合物A。无色柱状晶体(由含水丙酮重结晶)。熔点178~180℃。旋光度+299(在苯中),+258(在乙醇中)。为肾上腺激素,系一种甾族化合物。曾由肾上腺萃取。其合成法之一为:以黄体酮为原料,用黑色根霉菌作用,往11α处引入羟基,制得11-羟基黄体酮,经三氧化铬(CrO3)氧化成氧代黄体酮。再经子囊菌处理而成。也可由薯蓣皂苷合成。为关节炎、风湿、哮喘、皮炎等的治疗药。
