2,5-哌嗪二酮分子式:C4H6N2O2分子量:114.10CAS号:106-57-0性质:片状或针状结晶。熔点311-312℃(分解),260℃升华。溶于热水,具弱碱性。制备方法:由甘氨酸缩合而得。将甘氨酸与乙二胺按1:5混合后搅拌加热,174-176℃反应50min,然后置于冰室中过认,过滤出结晶,用甲醇洗涤,干燥得甘氨酰酐。也可以由甘氨酸在脱水的甘油中缩合而制备。用途:用作生化试剂。被碱、酸或热水水解可得甘氨酰甘氨酸。
