三苯甲咪唑分子式:C22H17ClN2分子量:344.84CAS号:23593-75-1性质:白色粉末或无色结晶性粉末。熔点147-149℃。溶于无水乙醇、丙酮、氯仿,几乎不溶于水。无臭,无味,在酸溶液中迅速分解 。克霉唑盐酸盐,熔点159℃。制备方法:由邻氯苯甲酸经酯化、加成、水解、氯化、缩合而得。也可由邻氯甲苯经氯化得到邻氯三氯甲苯,再在三氯化铝存在下与苯缩合生成二苯基-(2-氯苯基)氯甲烷,最后与咪唑缩合得到克霉唑。用途:广谱抗真菌药。用于全身性真菌感染,也外用于局部真菌感染。
