聚酰亚胺-异吲哚喹唑啉二酮分子式:CAS号:性质:一类重要的稠杂环聚合物。由含酰胺侧基的芳族二元胺与芳族二酐反应,合成含酰胺侧基的聚酰胺酸溶液,涂膜经300℃以上脱水环化。PIQ热膨胀系数(2~7)×10-5K-1,介电常数3.5~3.8,电阻率大于1016Ω·cm,耐热性略高于均苯型聚酰亚胺,薄膜在空气中400℃时无失重。主要用作半导体钝化膜和大规模集成电路等平面多层布线的层间绝缘膜。
