1.The formation of three derivatives of 8-allyl-7-hydroxycoumarin with the structure of diaryl ethers,which were 8-allyl-7-(2,6-dinitro-4-trifluoromethylphenoxy)coumarin, 8-allyl-7-(2-nitro-4-trifluoromethylphenoxy)coumarin,8-allyl-7-(4-trifluoromethylphenoxy)co umarin,were studied.本论文选取了3,5-二硝基-4-氯三氟甲苯、3-硝基-4-氯三氟甲苯、对溴三氟甲苯三个芳卤化合物对7-羟基-8-烯丙基香豆素进行了二芳基醚结构修饰,通过考察反应物投料比、温度、时间、碱的用量、碱的种类、催化剂的用量、催化剂的种类、溶剂的种类等各种因素对反应的影响,对合成工艺进行了条件优化,得到了反应的较佳条件,三种目标产物的收率分别为7-(2,6-二硝基-4-三氟甲基苯氧基)-8-烯丙基香豆素82%(HPLC)、7-(2-硝基-4-三氟甲基苯氧基)-8-烯丙基香豆素89。

1.Result:Six compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as 5,7-dimethoxycoumarin(Ⅰ), 7-methoxy-5-prenyloxycoumarin(Ⅱ), 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(Ⅲ), 7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-coumarin(Ⅳ), 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-phenylethane (Ⅴ),.结果共分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为柠檬油素(Ⅰ)、5-异戊烯氧基-7-甲氧基香豆素(Ⅱ)、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(Ⅲ)、7-羟基-6-甲氧基香豆素(Ⅳ)、4-甲氧基联卞(Ⅴ)、单棕榈酸甘油酯(Ⅵ)。
