2(1H)-喹诺酮分子式:CAS号:性质:熔点198~199℃。溶于乙醇、乙醚、热水中,可升华。与2-羟基喹啉(2-hydroxyquinoline)互为互变异构,以酮式结构为主。不能发生酰基化、亚硝化及偶联反应。与重氮甲烷作用,得到2-甲氧基喹啉(沸点246~247℃)。在冷盐酸溶液中水解,加热至100℃转变为N-甲基2-喹诺酮。用康拉德-利姆帕赫反应(Conrad-Limpach reaction)合成,或水解相应的卤代喹啉制取。用作合成试剂。
