亚铁原卟啉分子式:CAS号:性质:又称亚铁原卟啉。血红素是原卟啉IX的Fe2+复合物。卟啉含有完整的共轭系统,其中心有两个与吡咯氮相连的氢原子,可以被金属离子取代,生成高度稳定的螯合物。与Fe2+螯合的卟啉复合物称为血红素,而原卟啉IX与Fe2+螯合的复合物称为亚铁原卟啉或原血红素,这些化合物统称为亚铁血红素,它们氧化形成的Fe3+复合物称为高铁血红素。铁有6个配位数,其中4个与吡咯氮结合,还有2个可以与其他配基结合,当它结合的是含氮配基(如多肽链内组氨酸的异吡唑)时,所构成的复合物具有特殊的吸收光谱,称之为血色素。血红素是各种血红素蛋白的辅基,是这些蛋白质发挥功能作用的重要部位。正常人每天约合成6g血红蛋白,相当于合成210mg血红素。血红素在微粒体的血红素加氧酶催化下,产生CO、铁和胆绿素。
