硝基分子式:CAS号:性质:又称硝酰基。硝酸分子中去掉一个羟基后,剩下的基团。硝基与其他基团(主要是烃基)相连的化合物称为硝基化合物。硝基化合物(尤其是芳香族硝基化合物)具有毒性,分子中引入多个硝基后不仅毒性增加,而且氧化性也增强,且大多成为具有爆炸性的物质。硝基是又发色团,能加深色原体的颜色;有些药物中引入硝基以增强抗菌性;往有机分子(也有少数无机分子)中引入硝基的反应称为硝化反应(nitration)。
