萝藦子【通用名称】萝藦子【其他名称】萝藦子 (《唐本草》) 【异名】斫合子(《本草拾遗》)。 【来源】为萝藦科植物萝藦的果实。植物形态详"萝藦"条。 【采集】秋季采收成熟果实,晒干。 【化学成分】含混合甙约0.3%,其中糖分是多种脱氧糖:D-加拿大麻糖、D-沙门糖、L-夹竹桃糖、D-洋地黄毒糖。甙元是酯型妊烯类化合物,水解后产生热马酮、去酰牛皮消甙元、萝藦甙元、肉珊瑚甙元、乙酸、桂皮酸等。 【性味】①《唐本草》:"味甘辛,温,无毒。" ②《纲目》:"甘微辛。" 【功用主治】补益精气,生肌止血,解毒。治虚劳,阳萎,金疮出血。 ①陶弘景:"补益精气,强盛阴道。" ②《唐本草》:"主虚劳。" ③《本草拾遗》:"主金疮,生肤止血,捣碎敷疮上。" ④《本草推陈》:"适用于老人元阳虚弱,阳萎遗精。" 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤,3~6钱;或研末。外用:捣敷。 【选方】补益虚损:萝藦四两,五味子、酸枣仁、柏子仁、枸杞根皮、干地黄各三两。为末。每服方寸匕,酒下,日三服。(《千金方》)
