氯吡咯硝苯分子式:CAS号:性质:又名吡咯尼林,氯吡咯硝苯,硝吡咯菌素。由绿脓杆菌Pseu- domonas pyrrocinia,P.aeruginosa产生的含氮杂环类抗真菌抗生素。为淡黄色结晶,或结晶性粉末,无臭。无味。中性。熔点125~128℃。遇光渐变成红或棕色而失去活性。易溶于低级醇、氯仿、丙酮,溶于吡啶、醋酸乙酯、乙醚,微溶于水、环己烷、石油醚。对白念珠菌、毛癣菌、曲菌、表皮癣菌及芽生菌有效,尤对毛癣菌具有高效,抗革兰阳性菌弱。主要用于顽癣、圆癣、水疱型手足癣、股癣等皮肤真菌感染。局部用溶液剂,每日擦数次。可能产生皮炎样反应。
