1.Schiff bases of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole with salicylaldehyde(HSTZ) or o-vanillin (HVTZ) and their Mo(Ⅵ) complexes have been synthesized.合成了2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与水杨醛、邻-香草醛缩合而成的席夫碱及其钼( )配合物,通过元素分析,IR,1HNMR,MS,UV-Vis光谱,摩尔电导等对所合成的化合物进行了表征,这类席夫碱合钼( )配合物尚未见文献报道。
2.Forming a new synthesis methods of 2-amino-5-carboxymethylmethylthio-1,3,4-thiadiazoleThe new compounds:2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole and methyl chloroacetate was taken as the reagent to obtain 2-amino-5-carboxymethylmethylthio-1,3,4-thiadiazole.本文以2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑为原料,对其2位的氨基和5位的巯基进行化学修饰,合成新的化合物并建立新了相应的合成方法,期望所得的新化合物为药物合成和药物的筛选提供依据。
