四氢吖啶分子式:CAS号:性质:主要异构体如下。1,4,5,8-四氢吖啶:熔点130.5℃,在液氨和乙醇溶液中用锂还原9,10-二氢吖啶制得。1,2,3,4-四氢吖啶:熔点55~56℃,其苦味酸盐熔点222℃(分解)。四氢吖啶经氢化,得到八氢吖啶混合物;与苯甲醛在碱存在下缩合,得到4-苯亚甲基衍生物(熔点103~104℃)。用靛红和环己酮在碱存在下缩合,生成1,2,3,4-四氢吖啶-9-羧酸,再加热至熔点以上脱羧制取。用于有机合成。
