双酚F分子式:C13H12O2分子量:200.24CAS号:620-92-8性质:白色叶状结晶。熔点160℃,紫外线可引起变色。制备方法:由苯酚与甲醛在酸性介质中反应而得。以强无机酸(如硫酸、盐酸)为催化剂的生产工艺有许多缺点,如设备易腐蚀,杂质多(如副反应生成氯甲基醚和氯甲基酚),分离困难。美国孟山都公司采用磷酸作催化剂,产品颜色好,产量高。最大优点是苯酚在磷酸中的溶解度低,有利于产品分离和催化剂的循环使用。甲醛的转化率为90%,4,4'-、2,4-2,2'-异构物之比为55:37:8。有机相经中和、过滤、蒸馏,得到产品双酚F 。用途:(1)环氧树脂 以双酚F为原料的环氧树脂与以双酚A为原料的环氧树脂相比,有粘度低、作业性优良等特点,可应用于无溶剂型至超高固体份涂料,也可应用于衬里材料、地板材料、注型材料、浸渍材料、层压材料等领域。(2)聚碳酸酯树脂 由双酚F与光气制成的聚碳酸酯树脂易溶于二氯甲烷等低沸点有机溶剂,软化点低,加工成型性好,即使在受到非常大的破坏时也用伸缩性,适于制造成型材料或薄膜等。(3)聚酯树脂 双酚F与环氧烷加成制得的联苯型二醇,与二元酸等反应所制得的树脂,粘度低,机械性能和化学性能均优异,特别适宜于制造耐腐蚀材料。双酚F还可用于生产油溶性酚醛树脂、阻燃剂、抗氧剂和表面活性剂等。
