血压达静 ,双肼苯达嗪,双肼酞嗪药物名称:双肼太嗪英文名:Dihydralazine别名: 双肼太嗪;血压达静 ,双肼苯达嗪,双肼酞嗪外文名:Dihydralazine 适应症: 与肼苯达嗪作用相似,但较缓慢、持久。用途同肼苯达嗪。与其他降压药合用效果较好。 用量用法: 口服:每次12.5~25mg,每日3~4次。发生耐受性后,可加大到每次50mg,1日3次。 注意事项: 1.服后可出现头痛、头胀、腿软,有时可有面部发热、胃部不适、食欲减退、心悸以及恶心、体位性低血压等不良反应,但较肼苯达嗪轻。 2.长期使用大剂量时(每次用50mg),可产生类风湿性关节炎乃至红斑性狼疮,必须立即停药,并用皮质激素治疗。 3.宜与利血平或氯噻嗪类药物合用,可降低利血平等的用量,并可避免引起对本品的耐受性。亦可与β阻断剂合用,对降压起协同作用,并能互相抵消不良反应。 4.冠状动脉病变、脑血管硬化及心力衰竭病人禁用。 规格: 片剂:每片12.5mg、25mg。 安速降压片:每片含本品4mg、普奈洛尔10mg、呋喃苯胺酸等. 类别:降血压药
