丙烯酸酯 CH2=CHCOOR 工业上重要的丙烯酸酯有甲酯、乙酯、正丁酯和2-乙基己酯,均为无色、有香味的液体,甲酯能与水部分互溶,其余仅微溶于水。丙烯酸酯用于生产丙烯酸系的聚合物和共聚物(如丙烯酸丁酯用于生产丙烯腈-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯树脂,即AAS),它们用作塑料、胶粘剂、纺织助剂和丙烯酸树脂涂料,也可作为皮革用化学品、纸张的处理剂(见造纸用化学品)等。 工业上主要通过丙烯酸酯化而得,酯化方法有: ①直接酯化 丙烯酸与相应的醇在硫酸或离子交换树脂(见离子交换剂)存在下,连续酯化生成丙烯酸酯: CH2=CHCOOH+ROH─→CH2=CHCOOR+H2O在丙烯酸生产过程中若反应产物不用水吸收,而用相应的醇代替,则可同时进行酯化,得到相应的丙烯酸酯。 ②酯交换 通过甲酯或乙酯在酸性催化剂(见酸碱催化剂)存在下,与高级醇进行酯交换可制得高级酯: CH2=CHCOOC2H+ROH ─→CH2=CHCOOR+C2H5OH
