青蒿素青蒿素artemisinin分子式C15H22O5。存在于菊科植物黄花蒿的叶中。无色针状晶体。熔点156~157℃,比旋光度+68°(无水乙醇);味苦。易溶于苯、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮和冰醋酸,能溶于乙醇、甲醇、乙醚和热石油醚。青蒿素由于具有过氧桥和缩醛结构,对酸碱不稳定,对强碱极不稳定,热至熔点以上即迅速分解。青蒿素是一种新型抗疟药,具有低毒、高效、速效的特点,对恶性疟、间日疟都有效,可用于凶险型疟疾的抢救和抗氯喹病例的治疗。缺点是在水和油中的溶解度比较小,不能制成针剂使用。口服剂型在肠胃中易被分解,吸收较差,不能杀尽原虫,有一定复发率。青蒿素经硼氢化钠还原再甲基化可制得蒿甲醚,其抗疟作用比青蒿素高6倍,复发率较低,油溶解度大,在中国已制成针剂使用。
