丙胺卡因分子式:C13H20N2O分子量:220.31CAS号:721-50-6性质:针状结晶。熔点37-38℃,沸点159-162℃(0.133kPa),折光率(nD20)1.5299。其盐酸盐([1786-81-8])为白色结晶性粉末。熔点167-168℃。易溶于水和乙醇,略溶于氯仿。味酸涩苦,无臭。制备方法:邻甲苯胺与α-溴丙酰溴缩合后再与丙胺进行丙胺化反应即得丙胺卡因。用途:局部麻醉药。该品药效比普鲁卡因好,局麻作用强度及速度与利多卡因相似,但作用时间较长,毒性较小,因代谢快,蓄积性也较小。适用于硬膜外麻醉、传导麻醉和浸润麻醉等。
