γ-壬内酯 又名γ-戊基丁内酯、4-羟基壬酸-γ-内酯、l,4-壬内酯。无色至淡黄色液体。分子量156.23。密度0.9652g/cm3。沸点243℃。闪点132℃。不溶于水。溶于大多数有机溶剂。以1:5溶于50%乙醇;以1:2溶于60%乙醇。具有强烈的类似椰子的香气,类似脂肪的味道。 生产方法:主要采用内酯化法。以β,γ-壬烯酸为原料,在硫酸存在下进行内酯化反应,然后经洗涤、中和、二次洗涤、蒸馏而得。也可以十一烯酸和丙二酸为原料,经缩合反应而得。 用途:内酯类合成香料。主要用作用作调合香料。
