聚芳酯树脂分子式:CAS号:性质:又称聚酚酯、芳香族聚酯树脂,是全芳香族饱和聚酯树脂的简称。由所有羟基和羧基直接连在芳核上的单体制得的聚酯。品种较多,且以共聚酯为多。商品名为U-聚合物的即是。系白色粉末或浅黄色粒料。相对密度1.21;拉伸强度71MPa,伸长率8%~50%,悬臂梁(1zed)缺口冲击强度220J/m;热变形温度(1.82MPa)170℃,连续使用温度-70~180℃;介电强度30MV/m,介电常数(106Hz)2.62,体积电阻率3×1016Ω·cm。由双酚A钠盐与苯二甲酰氯界面缩聚或溶液缩聚制得。可在较高温度下注塑、挤塑。它是典型的高性能工程塑料。主要用作机械、电子、汽车零部件,医疗器械;耐高温管材、板材和绝缘薄膜。也可用作耐高温纤维和胶黏剂的原料。
