SBS热塑性弹性体 SBS属苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体,是苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(Styrene Butadiene styrene block polymer)称为热塑性丁苯嵌段共聚物或热塑性丁苯橡胶,简称SBS。根据合成方法不同.SBS有线型结构和星型结构,线型SBS的结构式见图。SBS中的聚苯乙烯(PS)链段和聚丁二烯(PB)链段明显地呈两相结构,PB为连续相,PS为分散相.互不相容,呈相分离状态。聚苯乙烯球状聚集区域起交联点和补强粒子作用。线型SBS平均分子量(8-l2)万,星型SBS平均分子量14-30万。SBS的分子量对性能有很大影响,分子量大,溶液粘度大,粘接强度高。SBS产品中的单体组成比很重要,随着苯乙烯与丁二烯之比S/B增大,聚合物溶液粘度变小,拉伸强度和硬度增加。SBS为两相结构,故有两个玻璃化温度Tg1(橡胶相)和Tg2(树脂相)。 SBS外观为白色疏松柱状,相对密度0.92-0.95。SBS具有优良的拉伸强度、弹性和电性能.永久变形小,屈挠和回弹性好,表面摩擦大。耐臭氧、氧和紫外线照射性能与丁苯橡胶类似。透气性优异。由于主链含有双键致使SBS耐老化较差,在高温空气的氧化条件下,丁二烯嵌段会发生交联,从而使便度和粘度增加。SBS溶于环己烷、甲苯、苯、甲乙酮、醋酸乙酯、二氯乙烷,不溶于水、乙醇、溶剂汽油等。 为了降低成本,改善性能,扩大应用范围,将SBS填充适当油品,做成充油SBS。 SBS在胶粘剂中用途很多。可用于个产接触型胶粘剂,代替氯丁-酚醛型胶粘剂,生产sBS接技型胶粘剂,或与氯丁橡胶配合生产CR-SBS混合型接枝胶粘剂;制造普通鞋用胶、鞋用底涂剂;制造箱包专用胶;生产溶剂型压敏剂、热熔胶、热熔压敏胶;生产纸塑复膜胶粘剂、聚烯烃胶粘剂;生产建筑胶、建筑密封胶、CR-SBS密封胶、防水卷材专用胶;改性沥青等 贮存于阴凉、通风、干燥的库房内.贮存期1年。
