光二聚型感光高分子分子式：CAS号：性质：主要指含有肉桂酸酯结构的线性聚合物，肉桂酸酯在光的作用下，分子间发生光环化二聚型反应，分子量增加一倍，在溶剂中的溶解度会大大降低。如果肉桂酸酯处在线性聚合物的主链或侧链上，光环化二聚反应将导致聚合物之间的交联反应，溶解性能会发生很大变化，因此是重要的光聚合反应之一。含有光二聚型结构的高分子经常作为负性光致抗蚀剂的主要成分。
