聚苯胺分子式:CAS号:性质:一种发现最早的共轭导电聚合物,其电导率在5~10S/cm之间。在酸性介质中,苯胺单体经电化学或化学氧化聚合成导电聚苯胺。它由还原单元和氧化单元构成,其比值在0~1之间,不同比值对应于不同的结构、组分、颜色以及电导率。只有比值为1的中间氧化态经质子掺杂后可变为导体。聚苯胺的电导率与体系的pH值有强烈的依赖关系。随着pH值的减少,其电导率经历明显的绝缘体(pH值≥4)-半导体(2≤pH值≤4)-导体(pH值≤2)的变化,掺杂并没使聚苯胺主链上的电子数发生变化。在电极表面生成的聚苯胺有更好的导电性能。聚苯胺的掺杂是质子酸型掺杂,因此掺杂过程是质子转移过程,其电学性能不仅与聚合度,掺杂剂种类和掺杂程度等因素有关,而且还受到周围介质酸度的影响。聚苯胺生产的原料便宜,合成方法简单,且空气稳定性好,是一种具有工业化潜力的导电材料,广泛应用在蓄电池、光电化学电池、非线性光学材料、发光二极管、电磁屏蔽材料等方面。
