星形共聚物分子式:CAS号:性质:一种带有长支链的聚合物,从每个支化点至少伸出三条放射状支链,也称为星型支化聚合物或星型嵌段聚合物。通常是由适当的多官能度联结剂联结分子量极窄的线型高分子所组成。例如,用丁基锂作阴离子型催化聚合苯乙烯单体,然后与丁二烯单体共聚,得到头部带有活性中心的双嵌段共聚物后,再用多氯化合物偶联之,可得到星型共聚物。一般可分为对称性的和非对称性的两种,“对称性”有以下三种:一是每一支臂的组成相等,二是每臂长短相同,三是高分子链由同一中心(偶联剂)出发向四面八方延伸开。不对称星型高聚物是采用不相同的活性高聚物通过多官能团的偶联剂来实现的。星型共聚物虽然分子量较大,但聚集状态与线型结构相类似,同样分子量时熔融流动性好,溶液黏度低;由于其物理交联区域的密度大,其耐热性和弹性模量较线型的高,具有良好的机械强度,并可改进抗冷流现象。由于它不用化学交联,所以制品可以回收利用。
